Player menu

The Player menu (Player menu) has the following functions.

Player Options toolbar

These buttons toggle a Player mode On/Off. When enabled (On), the button is highlighted.


Buttons
  • Playlist Loop - When checked, this put the Player into Loop mode. In Loop mode, the Player will continue to play Playlist items in a continuous loop until you click Stop . Loop mode takes precedence over Multiple Play.
  • Play Selected Track Only - When checked, only the single selected Playlist item is played. Loop, Multiple Play, and Post Delay are all still applicable, but only to the selected item.
  • Apply Playlist Post Delay - When checked, Post Delay is used. When unchecked, it is ignored.
  • Player Options toolbar - Buttons (Figure 2, from left to right): Playlist Loop, Apply Playlist Post Delay, Play Selected Track Only (Playlist Loop, Apply Playlist Post Delay, Play Selected Track Only) .

Player Audio File Formats Supported

Supported Formats depends on whether or not you are currently using Output Groups. Different audio drivers are used depending on this setting. You can change the Apply Current Output Group setting in the Configuration > Output Group menu.


Supported Audio Formats
  • When using Output Groups - Limited to MP3, WMA, WAV, AIFF.
  • When NOT using Output Groups - Virtually any audio file format that will play with Windows Media Player including formats supported via installed Codecs. The audio portion of some video formats will also play. Note, in this mode, output will only be sent to the Windows Sound Default Playback Device.
