How to Add a Batch File or Program to the Windows Start-Up Folder
You can make a program or windows batch file execute when the computer is booted up, by placing a link to it in the Windows Start-Up Folder.
In Brief

Create a shortcut link - In Windows Explorer, right-click on the batch file or program, then pick 'Create shortcut' from the context menu.

Open the Startup folder - Open the Run menu ( Windows + R keyboard shortcut). Enter shell:startup into the input textbox, click OK.

Add the shortcut link - Drag and drop the batch file shortcut link into the Startup folder.
