Typical response time to email is same day during hours of operation (24 hours max on weekdays). Emails sent on the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Contact with support via phone call can be scheduled. Send an email to request a call. Specify product name/edition, reason/issue and provide related technical information (if any). Suggest a day and time for the call during our normal operating hours. Provide your phone number.
