Determine Upgrade Fee Amount - Determine your Upgrade Fee Amount per the instructions below. If you are not sure, Email Support to indicate that you would like to upgrade to another edition. Specify: Program name and the edition that you want to upgrade to. Support will reply with a confirmed fee amount.
Pay upgrade fee - Go to the Adjustment Payments page to make the payment (credit card or PayPal accepted).
Email support with Reason For Payment - Email support to tell us your Reason For Payment. (example: Upgrade fee was paid for edition upgrade to Video Mill Ultimate edition). You can skip this step if Reason For Payment was specified in the PayPal payment form.
Wait for Support to adjust your activation record - The upgrade process requires a manual step on our part so the upgrade will NOT take effect instantly upon payment. You will be notified by email that your upgrade payment has been recieved and our activation server has been updated. This step often only takes an hour or two during our normal business days/hours, Monday through Friday -- 24 hours maximum on weekdays.
Re-activate the program when notified by Support - At that point, simply reactivate your program via Help -- Activate to unleash the new edition features. See Re-Activation note below.
Upgrade Fee Amount
The upgrade fee is the difference between the price of your current edition and the price of the new edition.
For example, if your current edition costs $29.95 and the new edition costs $39.95, your upgrade payment would be $10.00.
You will need to reactivate using your ORIGINAL activation code. If you misplaced your original activation code, for immediate retrieval, go to the
Retrieve Activation Code self service web page.

Please disregard any new Activation code you may receive in the Adjustment Payment confirmation email.
