Minimum configurations

The following are the minimum recommended configurations to run the program. If you are not sure if a program is installed , see this page for information about how to check for and download pre-requisites. Most pre-reqs are free or come with Windows.

Software

• Operating System  - Microsoft® Windows® Vista, XP or 2000.
  Windows 98 SE or ME work but are not officially supported.
• Browser - Microsoft Internet Explorer® 5.x or later, Firefox (any), NetScape 5.x or later, or any CSS2 compatible browser (required for Help documentation).
• Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0  - free download, must be version 2.0.
• Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1  - free download, version 3.0 or 3.1, required to run the program installer .msi file. (except for Windows 98/ME, which require Windows Installer 2.0 or later)

Hardware

• Microsoft Windows-based computer  - There are no special hardware requirements for our programs.
